Organix is a 72-hour emerging leaders learning experience. Mission Europe creates a learning environment where delegates and coaches interact with each other, with given subjects and with practical assignments.

It’s uniquely designed to engage the learner and the teacher on Spiritual, Relational and Emotional levels. Our goal is that delegates are given helpful information and insight and they’re given an environment in which transformation can take place.

The aim is to help leaders grow and understand the complexities of leadership in 21st century Europe and to model a way to develop others, so that they can make a significant Kingdom Impact.
